Our Challenge

Towens wanted a website with e-commerce functionality, so that their customer base of builders and homeowners across the Southwest could book and pay for skip hire services at their convenience, anywhere and at any time.

The website has a wider offering than just skips, so as part of the challenge we needed to showcase various different services that Towens offer. The decision was made to make the pages on the website colour coded so each service is clear and easy for the website user to navigate.

Our Solution

We have been supporting Towens with their new business strategy and ambitious 2023 goals.

Our work kick-started with refreshing the Towens brand without radically changing this long-established brand, designed to help communicate their great service to prospect clients as well as portray a strong image of their business and help build long-term trust.

Supporting the rebrand success, we also worked to upgrade their existing website. Our web developers crafted a responsive, clean website, complete with e-commerce functionality which integrates with their CRM package. This is also supported by accompanying SEO services to help improve the website’s visibility across search engines.
